J'ai trouvé un tableau pour remplir d'huile la fourche.
Soit elle neuve, soit elle a été déjà remplie d'huile une fois (une petite partie de l'huile reste au fond).
La conversion pour 1 oz = 29.573 ml.
Dans le cas qui nous intéresse, c'est soit 192 ml ou 207 ml.
Pour la viscosité,il y a plusieurs version sur le net.Pour l'instant je n'ai pas d'avis.

He encontrado una tabla con las cantidades de aceite para rellenar la horquilla. La columna Dry si la horquilla es nueva, o bien la columna Wet en caso de que ya se haya llenado de aceite alguna vez y tenga restos de aceite en el fondo.

La conversión es 1 oz = 29,573 ml. 

En nuestro caso, resultan 192 ml o 207 ml. 

En cuanto a la viscosidad, hay diversidad de opiniones en internet. De momento no tengo una opinión.
